01 The Problem

Delivery shouldn't be a second job for your team.

Choosing whoever's cheapest or nearest solves today's job. It doesn't build the kind of delivery experience that brings customers back. That takes a team, not a transaction.

i.

Delivery quietly drains your team's time and bandwidth. Coordinating couriers, chasing pickup confirmations, and fielding "where's my order" calls pulls staff away from the floor and the next sale.

ii.

Every courier has their own standard. Left at the curb instead of carried inside, no training on the product, no consistent process for care or assembly. Damage and complaints become your problem to fix.

iii.

No flexibility when things change. A fixed pickup window, a locked-in booking, no room for a same-day add-on or an oversized item without a separate quote and a separate wait.

iv.

Uncertainty about when the driver's actually arriving. Vague windows, no live tracking, no call ahead. Your customer is left guessing, and so are you.

02 The Partnership, Live

What happens the moment a job is booked

Picture it for both sides, at the same time.

Customer buys. Job is booked on Airmove. That instant, both your customer and the person receiving it get a live tracking link.
Your Customer

Any day, any time slot, 7 days a week. They pick what actually works for them.

Watches the driver arrive live on the link. No guessing, no waiting around all day.

Plans change? They reschedule in a tap. No call to your store needed.

You

Don't lift a finger. We own the delivery conversation end to end.

Your customer already knows Airmove is handling it, not "some courier."

Questions, praise, or problems come to us first. When it goes right, they love us both.

And getting there takes one visit, not a project.

One in-person visit covers everything on the right, no separate meetings, no back and forth.

04 Calculate The Impact

If you don't run your own delivery

Two numbers most retailers have never actually sat down and worked out.

Time your team is losing

Coordinating couriers, confirming pickups, fielding "where's my order" calls.

On average, that's about minutes of coordination per delivery, at $/hr in staff time. Adjust either number if that's off for your team.

-
hours a year coordinating delivery
-
in staff time, every year

Sales lost to delivery friction

Customers who hesitate or walk because getting it home isn't simple.

On average, businesses like yours lose an estimated % of those sales to delivery friction, long waits, unclear pricing, no tracking. Adjust to your own read:

-
estimated annual revenue lost to delivery friction

Default set conservatively and fully adjustable. Directional context, not a direct source: a 2017 MetaPack survey found half of shoppers abandon a purchase over unsatisfactory delivery options, and industry research shows same-city delivery availability influences 46% of furniture purchase decisions.

05 The Payday Calculator

If you run your own trucks

What selling the fleet and switching to Airmove could put back in your hands.

-
Immediate payday from selling the fleet
-
Saved every year by not running it
-
Hours a year you get back

That's what running your own fleet is costing you. The other half of the story: based on sending about deliveries a week to Airmove, at an indicative $ per job (confirm exact retail partner rates on your call), and valuing your freed-up time at $/hr.

Common questions

We already have a delivery provider.+
Most partners start by using Airmove for overflow and same-day jobs their current setup can't cover, then hand us more once they see the consistency. Keep what already works and add us where it doesn't.
We have our own trucks.+
Keep using them. Airmove picks up the jobs when your trucks are full, unavailable, or it's a same-day request you can't fit in.
How is this different from just another courier?+
A courier picks up a job. We learn your store, your products, and your customers, then handle the delivery relationship end to end, including the calls you'd otherwise be fielding.
We only need deliveries occasionally.+
No contract, no subscription. Pay only when you use it, and the same team shows up whether it's your first job or your fiftieth.
Is this actually free to start?+
Yes. The starter kit, the in-store visit, and setting up your account cost nothing. It's part of how we're onboarding founding Melbourne retail partners.
